improvements and major repairs. We take-on lease negotiations and payments, legal and insurance issues, maintenance, etc. And we provide informed, evidence-based guidance and recommendations to advance their profits and growth.

 

We are diligent to remain current on the agriculture industry, specifically as it relates to farming and land ownership. It’s difficult for owners who aren't enmeshed in agriculture every day to keep track of all of the industry influences that affect income and expenses,

Full Farm Management

For landowners who are ready to roll into full farm management, or new owners seeking support, we provide comprehensive farm management with the offerings of a larger management company (plus some they don’t) but with more flexibility. And at more competitive rates.  

We are currently offering virtually all possible aspects of a full farm management service include, full financial reporting, bank account management, payment of all expenses and taxes, and property and liability insurance needs, as well as analysis of any major expense projects such as drainage tile, fertility needs, etc. We also provide appraisal and farm sales and acquisition assistance, if needed. 

 

A full farm management program can also be valuable if your planning for transition to a new generation. We'll keep you informed and at the decision-making table for a transition that is seamless. And with advisors in place who you choose, you can trust that your plans and wishes for your land will be carried out.

Farm Insurance

Our custom-sourced Farm Insurance Packages are truly the best rates you can find. Policies were developed with direct input from our landowners and can potentially save thousands of dollars in premiums each year. 

 

Our single-member, large-group policy has grown into an impressive group of property owners requiring basic liability coverage for land ownership including trespassers, illegal hunters and farming incidents. All leases with us require tenants to indemnify owners against employees and contractors, but this policy addresses anyone else who comes on your land. 

 

We will tailor a policy for your specific needs, but as a reference--one client with our most common policy is insuring more than 500 acres for just $160 per year.
