Dean Retherford is a leading Farm Management strategist and Real Estate broker with more than 25 years experience working with owners, investors and farmers to find creative solutions to their evolving land needs. He currently manages over 50 different properties in three states and specializes in expert land and farm guidance resulting in maximized profits and client satisfaction. 

Dean started with CAPS, Inc., a subsidiary of Prudential, in 1989. He climbed to number-one real estate salesperson in only six years and remained at that top spot until he left in 2000 to join Halderman Farm Management, in Indiana. At Halderman, he was number one in gross Real Estate Brokerage production seven years, and was never out of the top-five.  

As a Farm Real Estate broker with Shrader Auction Company, Dean specializes in managing and brokering sales and purchases of agricultural property throughout Indiana and Illinois.
